How to teach your dog to help with the laundry

Zak has been helping me with the laundry for a while now. I’ve only had peaches for about a month and a half. Today I decided it was trap time to try to teach her to help also. When I first got her she was terrified and the laundry when you would pick it up to go to fold it and she was afraid you were gonna hit her with it. She would turn and run with the first T-shirt you picked up the fold. Today it really wasn’t about her hand and stuff to me it was just teaching her that it was a good thing to touch the laundry when I ask too.
