At least one person is dead and four injured as the result of shelling in the Belgorod Region in southern Russia. The city, located near the Ukrainian border, sees widespread damage in its residential infrastructure. A bridge in the Kherson region comes under Ukrainian shelling. Local authorities say western-supplied HIMARS rockets were used in the attack. France and Romania are set to sign a deal to boost Ukrainian grain shipments to Europe and the Mediterranean.
