Backstage at Sunstone Studio - Episode #1

In this episode, I introduce this new podcast, give an overview of recent changes to my recording space at Sunstone Studio, and purchases to get me started in home recording. I also cover the songwriting retreat I attended in August 2022.

At the start, I also go over some website and newsletter updates that separate out the different project areas I'm involved in (dance, art, music, and intuitive life coaching).

I included this because this podcast airs first in my Substack newsletter (https://thea.substack.com), and it used to cover all these areas in one place. Now my Substack is solely focused on music.

So for this episode only, I wanted to give an overview of all the recent changes I made to my new mailing lists and websites so that my existing subscribers know before moving on to the music-related topics. In future episodes of this podcast, I will only discuss my intuitive journey as an indie songwriter and composer.
