How Do You Appreciate Your Employees?

Everyone that I've met that works for themselves, or heads up a small business, wants everyone else that does the same thing to succeed. Even if you work for a great corporate company culture there is some element of competition to get ahead just from the fact there's a smaller number of roles above you than there are your level or beneath you, usually. Everyone I've met since starting out on my own has been amazingly supportive, positive, and I've learned something from everyone. So my challenge to you is how can you bring that into corporate life? How can you transport that feeling of encouraging other people's success into your corporate world? There's loads of ways we can help with Microsoft 365 but everything has to be led from cultural change. So, I'm interested, what do you think? How do you do that right now in your company?
