16 Ultimatum ultimatum

After a satellite reveals an anomaly at a missile launch site under Zakhaev's control, the SAS are sent out to investigate the situation, but there is an incident when they are airborne: Staff Sergeant Griggs fails to land at the intended point and is subsequently captured by the enemy. After destroying the high-voltage towers, they rendezvoused with the US sniper team. The team then proceeded to the missile base. Suddenly there were two loud bangs and the sky was lit up with a blinding light. It turned out that Zakhaev, enraged at the loss of his son and with his broken arm, had launched two ICBMs carrying nuclear warheads at the US mainland!
