My Opinion On Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope - Rayman DLC Announcement

So, Rayman appears to be back, but his return is not quite how I imagined.
While I applaud Ubisoft's decision to include Rayman as a character in any non-Rayman game, the overall timing, and the fact that there were no new main Rayman games since 2013 leaves me less enthusiastic than I would normally be otherwise.
Ubisoft should have teased some Rayman project alongside this DLC announcement just as Activision announced both Crash being in Skylanders Imaginators and that HD Remakes were in the development back in 2016 on E3.
Ah well, hoping for the best.
