California SB 107 Takes Texas Child From Parents & Gives Sex Change Without Permission

A new California law (SB 107) that has been PASSED by the California legislature, both the House and the Senate, will allow the state of California to reach into your home and take your child back to California for the purposes of gender-affirmation health care (sex change) without your permission!

The bill would authorize a court to take temporary jurisdiction because a child has been unable to obtain gender-affirming health care, and move that child to California for sex change operations without your permission.

If your child wants a gender change, and you say "no", the state of California may "reach" into your state and take jurisdiction.

Essentially, the child could call California, make the statement that they want to go through gender-affirmation, and California law would take effect and override your legal rights in your state. The child would be removed from you in accordance with California law and placed in California.
