Knee issues are super common and most of us have dealt with them at some point in our lives.

Anything related to your legs are emotionally about forward movement in your life. Knees, specifically, are about feeling stuck. the left knee is related to feeling stuck because of resistance to letting go of something or someone. The right knee is more about obstacles and challenges that are blocking forward movement.

Even if your knee issues are caused by an accident, there is likely an emotionally component so do some reflection and see what you notice!

If you're currently dealing with knee issues, I would recommend doing this protocol 3 to 4 times a day and see what you notice. Start by rating your pain, swelling or stiffness on a scale of 1-10 and writing down what you're noticing and feeling. As pain and injuries heal, we often forget how bad we ever felt. Having a detailed description will allow you to track your self healing journey!
