The second season of the Superman prequel ended its run on the Syfy network with the end of the civil war between General Zod and the rebels, which could also signify the end of the road for the entire series. We don’t think Syfy will renew Krypton for Season 3, and here is why. And Krypton failed to deliver during the second season, as ratings dropped to 400 thousand average viewership per episode as compared to 800 thousand viewers during the first season. In fact, episode 9 drew as little as 290 thousand viewers. This is a very bad sign.
