Any type of deep belly breathing is good for reducing anxiety and stress. However, THIS type of 'Panic' breathing focuses on getting as much air as possible into your lungs, then exhaling it out as one big exhale - sort of like you are blowing candles out on a birthday cake.
You can either breathe in through your nose, or for deeper inhales, breathe in through your mouth, and out through your mouth.
