No metro: Greek police clash with citizens over new metro station

Scuffles erupted as Athens police dispersed crowds that gathered to rally against the construction of a new metro station. The city’s residents have expressed their discontent, claiming the building would alter the character of Exarchia Square. Around 30 people were reportedly detained at the protest, and another two arrested.
