To answer your question, based on your experience with the COVID-19 pandemic, what do you believe should be addressed at the international level to better protect against future pandemics?

I think the WHO should cease to exist and transfer all their functions to The World Council for Health which is an international organization that is actually capable of helping the world population get through future pandemics, in sharp contrast to the WHO and their abysmal failure.
