7/6/2022 Worm Wednesday Feeding and resetting the worm bin.

I was able to harvest more than 7 lbs. of castings from the worm bin. Resetting the worm bin I add shredded paper and cardboard, wet it down with some water from the 1000mL squeeze bottle. Then added coffee and ground eggshells to the new bedding mixed it together and will let it sit for about a week and then I will mix everything together. This feeding consisted of watermelon, zucchini, and lettuce. The grit I added was ground eggshells to the feeding zone and worm chow on top of the feeding area.
