Lost Foam Pattern Making - Pattern and Prep

Today's video will be the process of lost foam pattern making. I use Inkscape to create paths for every part of the pattern. Each path has it's own cut. The more cuts, the more paths you'll need.
Once the paths are all drawn, load the svg file that you created into easel.inventables.com. This is where you can edit all the cuts for the paths that you created. The depth of cut, and the type of cut you wish to make. You could clear out the pocket, or cut inside/outside shape path.
When you are finished in easel.inventables.com, make sure to save the gcode and then load it into your CNC machine. Lost foam casting proccess is fun. You can easily make whatever you want and make it into metal.
