Entrepreneurs and Career Professionals - Listen Up!

If you're anything like me, you're a perfectionist. And while that might sound like a good thing, it can actually be a huge obstacle to getting things done. That's because when we're striving for perfection, we're never quite satisfied with anything we do, which leads to procrastination and inaction.

Sound familiar? If so, I have good news for you. I'm hosting a free workshop on Wednesday, September 14 at 4 pm EASTERN.

I hope you'll join me! Register for the workshop at leeannclass.com today. See you on Wednesday!

1. Set realistic goals.
When it comes to goal-setting, it's important to be realistic. If your goal is too big, it can feel overwhelming and out of reach. That's why it's important to break down your goal into smaller, more manageable pieces. By taking small steps, you'll gradually get closer to your goal without feeling overwhelmed.

2. Give yourself grace.
One of the biggest traps of perfectionism is the idea that we have to be perfect all the time. But the truth is, we're human and we make mistakes. So instead of beating yourself up over every little thing, try to give yourself some grace.

3. Seek feedback from others.
Another way to overcome perfectionism is to seek feedback from others. This can be tough because it means exposing our work to other people and risking their criticism. But it's also an important part of the learning and growth process. When you get feedback from others, it can help you see your work from a different perspective and make necessary changes or improvements. Just make sure you're getting feedback from people whose opinion you trust!

Perfectionism can be a real obstacle in achieving our goals. But by setting realistic goals, giving ourselves grace, and seeking feedback from others, we can overcome perfectionism and finally achieve our dreams! Thanks for reading! I hope these tips were helpful for you. If you have any other tips for overcoming perfectionism or procrastination, please share them in the comments below!
