It isn't the proportional muscle that I've been able to build that makes people listen to me. It's not the decades of first-hand experience and the vast book knowledge that I've gained. It's also not the creative ways in which I've come up with to train more efficiently; it's the amount of WEIGHT LOSS that I've had in a relatively short amount of time that makes other aspiring bodybuilders take me seriously. Unfortunately, they are likely taking the wrong lessons from what I accomplished and I'm here now to explain to them the biggest mistake that I've made in my training and dieting and explaining how to avoid doing the same.

I believe that I have found the correct amount of weight that someone should lose on a weekly basis - over a period of time. I also decided to lay out the negatives to losing more than what I'm suggesting and you can judge for yourself if that lower number on the scale is worth enduring some of these things. As always, I'd LOVE to hear the example in which you prove me wrong and everything turned out GREAT for you! In all seriousness, I am always looking to grow more as a person who is nearly obsessed with building my perfect physique!
