Problem: In the figure, the octagon is formed by overlapping two squares.
The overlapping region is also a square. The larger square has a
side length of 6 cm. The smaller square has one corner at the
center of the larger square, and the smaller square has a side
length of 4 cm. How many centimeters is the perimeter of the
octagon?
