From the depths of the Universe, a radio signal from the planet Alpha of the constellation Cassiopeia, sent by intelligent beings, reaches the Earth. In accordance with the project of Victor Sereda, an expedition is sent to Alpha Cassiopeia. Due to the fact that the flight will take a very long time, the team is formed from teenagers no older than 14 years, so that by the end of the flight, the crew consisted of astronauts in the prime of life. Due to the irresponsible behavior of the Lobanov's space hare, the ship turns out to be at the final destination much earlier than scheduled. Will the young heroes be able to fulfill their mission?
