THANK YOU❤️ you are the best! ❤️❤️❤️
I don't dare ask for your likes, I just hope you enjoy this new video and that you'll ever repeat this recipe🤗

I decided to start simple) 2 kinds of hot sandwiches/burgers/sandwiches)
📝Burgers for company, Nerjahee Joe style:
Burger buns - 12pcs (can be reduced to 1))
Beef - 50g per bun (I had 600g. You can substitute other meat)
Onion - 1pc.
Mushrooms - 1pc per 2-3 buns
Dark beer (choose stout on nitrogen) - 1 jar
Maasdam cheese - 2 slices per 1 bun
Thyme - 2 sprigs
Salt, black pepper, paprika
🍔Slice buns in half and place in mold. Cut the cheese into thin slices and spread it on the buns. At this time fry onion and mushrooms sliced in half rings. Beef cut into thin strips (as in beef stroganoff), add to the pan, stir and fry on high heat for 20 minutes. Then add spices and thyme.
🍔Open the beer and pour it into the pan, stir it, cover and simmer for 40-60 minutes until it thickens. If the beer was too much, you can add 1 tablespoon of flour.
🍔Pour the ready stuffing on buns with cheese (about 1-2 tablespoons), cover with a slice of cheese and cover with the other half of the bun. Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 190 degrees)

📝Hot cheese sandwich:
Bread - 4 slices (regular loaf will do)
Cheddar cheese - 2-4 slices per 1 slice of bread
Bacon - 2 pieces per 1 slice of bread (can be replaced with ham)
Suluguni - 50g per 1 slice of bread
Eggs - 2 units
Milk - 200ml
Butter - 40g
🥪 Put sliced bread in the dish. Put cheddar on top so it covers the bread. On it fried bacon, then again cheese. In a bowl beat eggs and milk, salt and pepper. Pour the bottom of the sandwich, cover with the second piece of bread and pour the filling again.
🥪We put grated cheese and a piece of butter on top. In the oven for 20min at 190 degrees) Enjoy ❤️
Great with foam, wine and sodas)
