I welcome you to my channel and I want to introduce you to my four-legged assistants - Bella and Punya)
If you want to surprise yourself and your guests with a delicious dish and unusual serving, then this recipe is already waiting for you.
The meat comes out very soft, the potatoes and tomatoes are a great complement, and the crispy crust is just mmm..

Dough:
Flour 250 gr
Salt teaspoon
Butter melted 30 gr
Water 100 ml
Filling:
Pork meat 250 NR (you can use any meat you like)
2 medium potatoes
1 medium tomato
1 medium onion
Spices to taste
prep time: 90 mins for everything
STEPS:
In one bowl, mix flour, salt, oil and water.
Mix thoroughly and knead the elastic dough, then put in a bag and let rest for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the filling: Meat, potatoes, tomatoes cut into small cubes, move everything into a bowl and add your favorite spices to taste.
After the dough has rested for 30 minutes, divide it into 2 parts, and cut off a small piece from each part for further decoration.
We roll out the first part of the dough not very thinly, after which we move it into a deep plate and put our filling inside.
At the end, add chopped onion and a piece of butter on top.
Next, you need to seal our meat pot and put it on a baking sheet, pre-lined with parchment and greased with vegetable oil.
From small pieces of dough we form a pigtail and a ball and make a lid with a handle for our meat pot.
Top generously grease with an egg and put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 1 hour.
