Problem: 100 lanterns, labeled 1 through 100, are lit in a row. They can only be lit or unlit. First, Charlie pulls all lamps that are labeled a multiple of 3. Then, she does the same from the beginning with all of the lanterns labeled a multiple of 5. How many lanterns are lit?
