20 Weeks of pushing my body to the absolute limits to see what I was truly capable of doing. Dieting, training, posing, a tunnel vision mindset for almost half a year all for just a couple minutes on a bodybuilding stage. Some people think were crazy, but we love what we do and will continue to do it for as long as are bodies are capable of doing so.
