The Market is Shifting

Real estate is seasonal so making sure we look at year-over-year numbers is crucial.

As expected, we’re seeing increased inventory for single-family residences. When we look at the condos/townhouse market, we notice a decrease in active inventory. 📉

This means that as more single-family residences went on the market for sale, less condos and townhouses go up for sale. 🏡
