Pure Carnivore Diet!! Rare Salted Top Sirloin Dinner

INGREDIENTS
4 pieces of Top Sirloin (3 inches thick)
1 teaspoon of salt

INSTRUCTIONS
Rub the salt into the top sirloin steak. Leave for 30 minutes to rest while you start to preheat the oven.

GRILLING INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-heat at for 30 mins
Grill on high heat for 6 mins – to get rare steaks. Cooking a bit longer will be medium rare. Living on a pure carnivore diet, my preference is rare meat with salt only.
