Russia Looking To Buy Millions Of Rockets From North Korea

Russian initiated talks with North Korea to purchase millions of rockets and artillery shells to use in Ukraine. This is an indication that Russia has possible resupplying issues as well as dealing with dated weapons and ammunition.
