Diabetics deserve to make their juice and drink it too!! Controlling blood sugar is key so this recipe focuses on a low-carb non-starchy vegetable. There should be a lot of caution and portion control when juicing while diabetic. This recipe was recommended by a dietitian and taste so good :)

1 cucumber
1 pear
1/2 lemon
Tiny piece ginger

Dilute if necessary and enjoy 4-8oz at a time.
