Jean-Pierre Refuses To Comment On California’s ‘Green Technology’ Failure

REPORTER: Last Friday the Energy Secretary said ‘green technology’ in California was ‘in the lead’ and ‘showing the rest of the nation how it’s done.’ The state is currently bracing for blackouts.
