Poison on fridge

Poison on top of refrigerator. Wiping this shit with a paper towel with hot water or rubbing alcohol either one takes off paint. There was a small amount of white powder among my antique hand mirrors on cardboard on the floor covered with corrugated fiberboard, I cleaned it up with alcohol before I realized it was probably more poison, just in a form I am not used to seeing. Many of my hand mirrors are in sad shape now.
