📝 Meatball Sandwich:

Gouda cheese - 4 slices.

📝 For meatballs:
Ground beef - 500gr.
Onions - 0,5gm
Garlic - 5 cloves
Bread crumbs - 50g
BBQ sauce - 2 tsp.
Salt, black and red pepper, dried garlic, smoked paprika

🥪Cut the baguette in half and brush each half with butter mixed with garlic. Put in the oven for 5-7 minutes at 200g.
🥪 In a bowl mix the minced meat, half of the finely chopped onion, garlic, breadcrumbs and spices. Thoroughly knead. From this volume we get approximately 10 meatballs. Put mini mozzarella in the stuffing and make a "Meatball")) stuffing should cover the cheese, so it does not flow out while cooking.
Put meatballs in greased baking dish and put it in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile we make tomato sauce.

Mix and stew for 5-7 minutes. Take our meatballs out of the oven and put them into the tomato sauce. Cover with the lid and stew for 10-15 minutes more.
