2 practical ways to STOP falling BACK into old habits

Now if you watch this video, please remember, this is about stop falling back into old habits, not to quit them, these are 2 different processes.
please don't let your ego get the better of you, have some humilty.
you have not even given it a conscious effort to quit the bad habits.
have you picked up a pen and paper, wrote a plan, and stirctly follow it.
no? then you haven't tried. please try and make a good plan and actually follow it for more then a month. after a month or so, it will become a habit. now it can take longer or shorter, but try it non stop, no dumbass cheat days, at least for a month.
"how can i know i didn't even try?"
well look back and see if you did exactly this: okay {name}, i am sick of this, i am going to quit this forever.
and then the next oppurtunity you got, you immediately did it again.
this is not falling back into an old habit, because you didn't make it an old habit yet, lower your ego, and make a solid plan. search and define your crucial moments(places, times, and what people are around, when you proscrastinate and perform your addictive behaviour, (e.g. Going on social media, smoking, drinking, mastrubating, watching porn, not doing your activities for the 7 principles in a day, etc). So basically, make a plan on how to optimize YOU SUCCEEDING at your new behaviour (e.g. going to the gym, reading, etc.)
