The HAL-EMG-KNL-26W-LED from Larson Electronics is an Explosion Proof Emergency LED Floodlight that is rated for Class I Division 2 Groups A, B, C & D hazardous environments and boasts a 100,000 hour lamp life expectancy. The HAL-EMG-KNL-26W-LED produces 2,901 lumens while drawing only 26 watts and operating on 120-277V AC current. This IP66 rated waterproof LED floodlight is ideal for C1D2 hazardous areas that require a powerful spread of high-intensity light and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use including wet areas and ground mounting. This LED floodlight is equivalent to hot running 75W metal halide floodlights and makes an ideal and money saving replacement or alternative. This unit features a remote mount battery backup for emergency operation.

The HAL-EMG-KNL-26W-LED explosion proof emergency LED floodlight features rugged and durable construction to allow it to stand up to harsh conditions and abusive environments. The die-cast aluminum housing is powder coated for further durability and corrosion resistance while the polycarbonate lens and silicone gaskets provide further degrees of protection and durability. The HAL-EMG-KNL-26W-LED weighs 12.5 pounds and features a 1/2" threaded die-cast aluminum mounting arm.

This emergency LED light works, mounts and is wired like our HAL-EMG-KNL-26W LED light fixture. The main difference is that we add a remote mounted battery backup unit that adds emergency light functionality to the fixture. This emergency LED light will run at the standard UL suggested 90 minutes after power is lost at the full lumen output of 2,901 lumens. The light recharges the battery once electrical power is restored. Standard configuration includes a single emergency battery backup that is automatically recharged and kept in a ready state.
