S.Korea storm: dramatic rescue from underground parking

Two South Koreans were rescued after being trapped in a submerged underground parking garage for more than 12 hours in a city battered by a powerful typhoon, authorities said on Wednesday (September 7), but six died. One of the survivors was clinging to pipes in the ceiling.
