1. Freeze the meat for 1 hour and take out the slices. If the meat is too hard to cut, you can leave it for a while to warm up and then cut. Remember to cut the meat before it is completely thawed, so that it is easier to cut thin and uniform meat slices;

6. Eat directly or serve with kimchi lettuce;
