The Journey to Being Mentally Shredded

Having a daily routine is said to be one of the commonalities between highly successful people. We spend less cognitive energy on recurring tasks which allows our minds to be clear and more creative. Since 2017, I have worked daily to establish a routine that works best for me. The key is adding in positive habits to replace those negative ones and find what works for you. It will take time to form these habits, but stick with it. Building daily habits allowed me to step into full time entrepreneurship and opened the door to the success I experience today. This is part of the journey to becoming Mentally Shredded.
