What's new with Trump? Well, after getting kicked out of the White House, he now face criminal charges because of what he took when he was kicked out.

They're charging him with the Espionage Act, under the theory that he took classified material... However, the Espionage Act is not as clear cut as just taking classified material, in fact, the Act doesn't define what materials is or is not illegal. It is because of that lacking definition, Trump may slither out of that soon to be filed indictment.
