Bad Driving Causes Collateral Damage

Info from Licensor: Two aggressive drivers collide to cause an accident, one driver (white truck) allegedly runs from the scene. The white truck had been tailgating and driving aggressively for most of the cammer's day's commute. The guy who goes off the freeway was very shaken but not visibly hurt that I could see, no blood anyway. Very thankful.
