I Knew You When You Were Too Hot

Linda Ronstadt reprising an old Billy Joe Royal song into Kool and the Gang singing about it being too hot and off to the races we go with today's Segue City Special... the outdoor sauna is cranking up again today here with the high in the 90's and the humidity higher than that along with the ever present thunderstorm thrown in for good measure to let you know you're in Florida where droughts are things you only see on television happening on the West Coast and then you're thankful that it rains here almost every day...

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.
