In my Lawsuit against DHL and Pack & Ship Express in El Paso they have failed to provide DHL Clearance Engine/DCE 4.7.6 only blaming the consignee Mary that she had not produced the documents to lift the abandonment their famous delaying tactics so that DHL Express and Bureau of Customs could steal the package.
