J'ouvert once was a special place for people in Brooklyn to come out and have fun. I could remember being at my window and hearing the beautiful sounds of my people. see Colored people represent their country and keep their heads up high. But now that isn't the case anymore. now a tradition that was once embraced by us has become a place of violence and pure wickedness. Every year we look forward to hearing someone got shot robbed or killed. To see police monitor things like we are some criminals and animals. Join me as I give my thoughts on why J'ouvert will never be the same.
