Today I am sharing my favorite Healthy breakfast alternative.
Chia seed Pudding. Chia seeds contain large amounts of fiber and
omega-3 fatty acids, plenty of high quality protein, and several essential minerals and antioxidants.

Its a delicious make ahead breakfast that takes just two minutes to put together. This recipe is very helpful for weight loss and can be customized in many different ways.

I prefer making my own Almond milk for this recipe.

To make Almond Milk
Ingredients
1/2 cup Raw Almonds
1 cup water to soak the Almonds
2 cups water to grind the Almonds

To make the Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
2 cups Almond Milk
1/2 cup Chia seeds
3-4 tbsps. Honey or Maple syrup

To top the Pudding
2-3 tbsps. Homemade Granola
Fresh berries to top
