Healthcare open enrollment is open with even less affordable health care. If you make 50k a year you likely have to pay nearly half of your earnings after taxes to healthcare workers insurance premiums. Employment wages are not on par where anyone making less than 60k a year can afford healthcare out of pocket with, rent, and car payments. This likely the driving force for the Antiwork movement and people leaving their job. Because unless you make 100k+ minum you really don't make anything.
