2. Teams and drivers

Teams and drivers participating in the race must hold an FIA-approved license. Each team will have two cars to participate in the race, and designated drivers to drive the team on behalf of the team. When a racer has an accident, another driver can be designated to participate. But no driver or team can miss the race at will.
