Fitmart Back and Bi's Workout (free p90x style)

This is an intense P90X style workout. You will need weights, a mat, and a pull up bar. Please checkout my website at http://www.fitmart.weebly.com/

The back and bicep workout consists of 24 exercises that take about 30 minutes to complete. If you don't like pull ups, you will not like this workout. If you don't like curls, you will not like this workout. We move very fast between exercises and only allow for a single one minute break in the entire workout. As with all of out workouts, we also include core and abdominal exercises and training. The speed at which we go also make this feel like a cardio routine.
