Independence day for counter terrorism action

Finland's Independence Day celebration on December 6 was interrupted by the attack on the presidential palace. A group of distinguished guests were taken hostage. Security service official Mike Steiner was ordered to be the negotiator of the hostage crisis. He finally found out that the main target behind the terrorist attack was a plan to undermine European security, and also found out who was behind it.
