Chongqing- Alex In The City "China The Simple Life Wuxi County Chongqing" Episode 20 In this episode, I share my experience discovering a small rural town in a district outside of Chongqing Municipality, China.

Wuxi County (Chinese: 巫溪县) is a county of Chongqing Municipality bordering Shaanxi to the north and Hubei to the northeast and east. Sitting at the upper reaches of Daning River and the southern slopes of the central Daba Mountains.

Massive infrastructure programs in Wuxi started in 2008, like Wuxi-Fengjie highway and Wuxi-Zhenping highway, and they connect Wuxi with other China National Highways.

Wuxi County is noted as an essential tourist site in Chongqing. It is best known for its scenic views and preserved culture, and the county's natural resources are some of the best preserved in Chongqing.

The vast majority of Wuxi's land area is mountainous. With abundant wet precipitation, Wuxi County is suitable for many plants to grow. The local products are medicine nectar, starch, bacon, dried fruit, vegetables and antler. Major crops include rice, corn, potato, sweet potato, cotton, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, carrot and soybean.

In terms of administrative divisions, Wuxi County has two subdistricts which are Baiyang Subdistrict (柏杨街道) and Ninghe Subdistrict (宁河街道)and numerous towns and townships. In this episode, Alex visited two beautiful places they are Tongcheng Town (通城镇) and Lanying Township (兰英乡) the slow life of the local people there is sure to make you feel calm.

Chongqing-A new series of vlogging is coming to Chongqing. Let me introduce myself.
My name is Alex, and I have recently moved to Chongqing, China. I was born in Canada but have always been interested in China. The population of Chongqing is similar to that of my country. Some people might think that a vlogger it's just a person talking about him or herself, and maybe that's how it was many years ago. Some vloggers create educational content, and others talk about their political views or experiences. I try to inspire and motivate people to change their perceptions of China. So why do I do this? With technology no longer an obstacle, I can get my message out to the world. People want an inside, non-biased look at real life in this competitive media landscape, and my vlogs deliver you that and more. I will show you China, but I will show you my accomplishments and my struggles.
