Good Health Hunting Ep. 1 | Discipline Must Supersede Motivation | IBD Clinical Remission

40

I've been in clinical remission from a severe case of IBD for several years. In this series I'm going to show you how I balance discipline and freedom via the 80-20 rule and the new things I'm doing nutritionally that haven't made it on to my channel yet. Each episode will be focused on something slightly different.
