High Protein-Low Carb Diet + OMAD (Day 2)

Hello, here are my meals for my High Protein-Low Carb Diet + OMAD (Day 2) https://youtu.be/3Mn_N2wi924

It's weekend and cheat day so I let myself took my day 2 meal at around lunch (I forgot to check the time) as we were busy prepping at that time.

The Hunger:

I was very very hungry the night of day 1 so I couldn't sleep up until 4am, and then we went to a resort at around 10am to celebrate a birthday of my partner and the video was around 1-2pm after cooking all the food for lunch.

The Failure:

I also ate a cup of ice cream as I thought it would heal my headache, also coffee in the morning and took another meal at 7pm which means I failed the OMAD commitment the second day. lol. But hopefully for the third day I can do better 🤞
