'Well Done': US, UK, Israel Among Others Hail INS Vikrant & Acknowledge India's Rise As Global Power

Prime Minister Narendra Modi commissioned India's first indigenous aircraft carrier, INS Vikrant, on Sept 2 at the Cochin Shipyard. Several foreign envoys acknowledged India’s rise as a global power. Reactions poured in from the envoys of Australia, France, Britain, Israel, and Russia to India.
