NASA scrapped plans to launch its new 30-story moon rocket for the second time after engineers detected a fuel leak. Ahead of the launch, about three million liters of ultra-cold liquid hydrogen and oxygen were due to be pumped into the spacecraft but the process soon hit problems. On Monday, the rocket could not be launched after a similar issue plagued the launch countdown. No new date for another try was immediately announced.
