I just recently completed he Hoka Hey Motorcycle Challenge that is basically 10,000 in two week long distance challenge. Along the way I decided to make on the fly videos of moto-tips from my years of riding.
This video talks about one remedy you can buy in preparation of mountain riding in high altitudes. Altitude sickness or mountain sickness occurs when you rapidly rise to altitudes with low oxygen without giving yourself time to acclimatize yourself. I always carry a small can of oxygen that you can buy online or from your local grocery store.
